STEP 1

Jumping rope is a effective exercise but it is a new chapter for newbie as your body and joint aren't ready yet. It like 1st time running marathon. For beginning, you can jump a 5 min routine and take a day rest in-between for recover & familiar with jumping.

Routine
3x per week
5 min jumping

30 ~ 60 sec intervals
rest 10 sec in-between

Tips
Highly recommend watch a Youtube /or drama while jumping

Fighting, keep 5 min jumping until it's easy for you. Don't rush to increase jumping time.

  • Just pick a free time and jump

  • The important is to grab the rope and start jumping

  • Don't afraid of failure, if tangled, rest a sec and keep jumping

  •  

  • Keep looping this 5min routine
