Jumping Rhythm

STEP 1
Jumping rope is a effective exercise but it is a new chapter for newbie as your body and joint aren't ready yet. It like 1st time running marathon. For beginning, you can jump a 5 min routine and take a day rest in-between for recover & familiar with jumping.

3x per week
5 min jumping
30 ~ 60 sec intervals
rest 10 sec in-between
