  跳绳可以分为两种,

  快绳和重绳,

  新手,瘦身,进阶跳绳一般建议使用快绳,

  若想着重于肌肉锻炼则可以选择重绳。

普遍所见到的跳绳。快绳适合新手训练脚步和身体协调。当开始跳进阶版,快绳依然是首选,因为绳子能够轻快环摆,适合实现花式,例如双连跳,抬腿等等。

Weighted Rope

重绳是负重版的快绳,差别在于绳子的粗细或在手柄内塞入负重铁块。额外的重量可以为肌肉提供更多阻力,带来更有效的锻炼。
