What is Skipping Rope

In British, it is skipping rope.
In America, it may called as jumping rope.
These all refer to an exercise where one or more participants swinging a rope then skipping/jumping over the rope so that it passes under their feet and over their heads as one cycle then keep looping it again and again.
(Swing rope ➡️ jump ➡️ pass under feet ➡️ fly over head) = one skip/jump
A research from American Association for Health pointed out that an average man who daily jumping rope for 10 minute have the same improvement for his cardiovascular which shared the same result as an average man who daily jogging for 30min.
Skipping rope provide lots of benefits when compare to other exercise that spent the same amounts of time.
